Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address may be included in the reset email.
If you place an order through our website, your checkout details will be securely shared with third-party delivery services to fulfil your order. If you request deletion of your data from Santal Wellness, it will also be removed from these third-party services.

If you register an account on our site, we’ll store the personal information provided in your profile. You can view, update, or delete most of your information at any time — except for your username. Admins on our team can also access and edit this information.

Your data rights

If you’ve created an account or interacted with us through the site (such as leaving a comment), you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal information, unless we are legally required to keep it for administrative, legal, or security reasons.

Business changes and data transfer

On sale or transfer of the Business “Santal Wellness” you acknowledge and confirm your data can be transferred to a new business owner or shareholder, in this instance the new business owner or shareholder is not warranted or has the permission to share your personal data with any external party or person and will retain your personal data according to New Zealand Privacy legislation.
