The lymphatic system is a complex network of vessels and organs that plays a vital role in detoxification and supporting the immune system. It collects excess fluid, waste materials and transports them to the lymph nodes where they can be filtered and eliminated. This treatment uses Brazilian style lymphatic drainage techniques to help flush excess fluid, reduce the appearance of cellulite and enhance natural body contours. This treatment reduces inflammation and fluid retention, supports digestion and the immune system, boosts energy levels and cleanses the body of toxins. The Brazilian lymphatic drainage method produces immediate results both therapeutically and visually.

The Facial Sculpting Massage works on deep layers of the face, including the fascia (connective tissue) and the lymphatic system, it releases tension of the face and combines lymphatic drainage techniques with advanced massage techniques to depuff the face and eliminate toxins, helping to reduce headaches, jaw tension, boost circulation and promote healthy drainage. Your session includes cleansing, hot towels, and luxurious balms, oils, and moisturisers. During the massage itself, we use minimal products to ensure we can effectively manipulate the muscles for optimal results. This is more than a facial— although still deeply relaxing, it’s a way to support your body’s natural structure, celebrate your unique beauty, and feel truly renewed.

The Lymph Sculpt Body Massage is a targeted body treatment using Brazilian-style lymphatic drainage techniques to flush excess fluid and toxins, reduce the appearance of cellulite, and enhance natural body contours. This treatment focuses on areas prone to fluid retention, such as the stomach or other specific concerns, and does not include the face.
Each session begins by stimulating the lymph nodes using specialised pumping techniques to encourage detoxification and drainage. The treatment combines manual lymphatic drainage, fascia manipulation and relaxing sculpting strokes to break down congestion and support contouring.
